Creamy New England Chowder Recipe

  1. Mix soup with water and clam juice in a large saucepan.
  2. Add in clams, salt, lowfat milk, butter and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
  5. Stir in cooked, diced potatoes, lemon flavoring and vinegar.
  6. Cover, remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with additional parsley, if you like.
