Beef Pot Roast for 2 - Virginia Don

• 2 lb Chuck Roast
• 2 each Russet potatoe
• 2 each small onion
• 1 each garlic clove
• 3 each carrotts
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup Marsalla wine

1. Thoroughly brown chuck in all sides in fry pan
2. place all in except salt, pepper, garlic into crock pot
3. rub salt, pepper and garlic on all sides of chuck roast
4. Cook in crock pot - low for 6-8 hrs.
5. high for 4-5 hrs.
