Lower carb pancakes.

  1. Preheat griddle to 350
  2. In a large mixing bowl add 12 oz of cream cheese , stevia in the raw, vanilla.
  3. Mix cream cheese adding 1 egg at a time slowly until batter is smooth.
  4. (Some lumps are ok)
  5. Add wheat bran, baking powder, flour.
  6. Mix well
  7. Mix the melted butter in the batter right before cooking.
  8. Let the batter sit for 5 mins.
  9. It will thicken making fluffier pancakes.
  10. Apply cooking spray to griddle.
  11. Pout batter on griddle.
  12. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
  13. Cook 1 to 3 minutes until edges are slightly firm.
  14. Then flip the pancake cook the other side until golden brown.
  15. Enjoy.
