Lower carb pancakes.
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 packages stevia
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Preheat griddle to 350
- In a large mixing bowl add 12 oz of cream cheese , stevia in the raw, vanilla.
- Mix cream cheese adding 1 egg at a time slowly until batter is smooth.
- (Some lumps are ok)
- Add wheat bran, baking powder, flour.
- Mix well
- Mix the melted butter in the batter right before cooking.
- Let the batter sit for 5 mins.
- It will thicken making fluffier pancakes.
- Apply cooking spray to griddle.
- Pout batter on griddle.
- Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
- Cook 1 to 3 minutes until edges are slightly firm.
- Then flip the pancake cook the other side until golden brown.
