Sirloin Steak Gourmet Sandwich
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 stalk Green Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Jalapeno, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil Plus A Drizzle For Skillet
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro Or Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Thyme
- 1/4 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 pound Top Sirloin Steak
- 2 Whole Wheat Kaiser Buns, Split
- 8 leaves Spinach
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle some oil into the pan, if using.
- 2.
- Place BBQ sauce, green onion, parsley, jalapeno and garlic in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and chill in fridge until ready to use.

- In a bowl combine oil, parsley or cilantro, thyme and pepper flakes and mix well.
- 4.
- Grill steak for 4 to 5 minutes per side then remove steak to a platter and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- 5.
- Thinly slice steak against the grain then toss strips into the oil mixture, mix and season with salt and pepper.
- 6.
- Toast buns as preferred then add spinach, meat, jalapeno BBQ sauce and a cheese slice.
- 7.
- Enjoy!
