Out of Egypt beef brisket
- 4 lb beef brisket
- 6 oz prepared horse radish (in a jar)
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Spread 1/2 bottle of horseradish in dish
- Trim day from brisket
- Cover brisket with remaining horseradish
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 300F for 4 hours
- Slice brisket across grain
- Turn brisket to baking dish
- Cover with foil
- Optionally refrigerate until ready to use
- Cook in 225F oven for 2 hours
