Stir-Fried Spinach, Pork, and Shirataki
- 200 grams Spinach
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1 packet Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
- 1/2 clove Ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 for frying Oil
- Wash the spinach, and cut into 4cm pieces.
- Boil the shirataki and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger.
- Once fragrant, add the pork to cook.
- Once the pork is browned and fluffy, add the drained shirataki.
- Increase the heat to high to evaporate the moisture from the shirataki.
- Add spinach, stem first, and continue cooking.
- Once all ingredients have cooked through, add the ingredients, mix quickly and it's done.
