Spicy Garlic Broccoli Rabe

  1. Trim stem ends of broccoli rabe and cook in boiling salted water about 2 to 3 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic, and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly golden.
  4. Add crushed hot red pepper flakes and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Add broccoli rabe and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes, tossing constantly.
