Barley, Potato and Amaranth Stew

  1. Tossed everything in the crockpot and started it on low.
  2. Added water as necessary to make it thick like a stew.
  3. I added a bit of salt at the end after I had put it in my bowl.
  4. Had this with cracked wheat bread.
  5. What a great meal!
