Peanut Pita Filling

  1. First, let some margarine melt in a pan.
  2. Add peanuts and spring onion, stir for about a minute.
  3. Then add the raisins.
  4. Make sure they aren't clumped together.
  5. Now - and this is important - add half the tomatoes.
  6. Stir until tomatoes are lightly browned and not very liquid.
  7. Take pan off heat, stirring all the while.
  8. Heat pita bread.
  9. Then stir in the remainder of the tomatoes to the mix.
  10. Put filling in bread - serve ( -- eat) while hot.
