My Nice & Soft Garlic Bread

  1. In a mixing bowl throw all the ingredients in togather, only put the olive oil in the warm water stir and add that to the mix, squeeze it to mix add a little more flour if its too sticky
  2. When its all kneaded into a ball, lay it on a floured surface and Roll with a rolling pin outwards and round.
  3. Spray the pizza oven dish will olive oil or veg oil all over.
  4. Then with your rolling pin roll gently the end around the rolling pin and lay it across the pizza tin or dish
  5. Peel outer skin off the garlic cut a tiny bit of each end and it breaks away easy.
  6. When they are peeled , add the Butter in the middle of the cooking foil place the Gparlic on top of the Butter and press the cloves in the butter
  7. Bring up the sides of the foil and sqeeze it tight together at the top , make sure its secure because you dont want the butter to run out.
  8. Put it on a small oven dish and roast on high for 15 to 20 minutes.take it out open it and pour it into a bowl and crush the garic into the butter and spread on the pizza base.and edges .
  9. Put it in a preheated oven on 190C or gas5 when you take it out just dab the excess butter around the edge then sprinkle dried parsley all over.
  10. You can leave it and warm a piece up in the Microwave later.
