Baked Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
  3. In medium skillet, saute mushrooms with onion in butter.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
  5. Cover; simmer for 3 minutes. Put mushrooms into baking dish.
  6. Combine cream and egg yolks; pour over mushrooms.
  7. Cover with bread crumbs and touch of paprika. Bake until golden, 10 to 20 minutes.
  8. Yields 6 servings.
