Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 1 pch Salt
- 3 x Anchovy filets
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Freshly grated parmesan
- 8 c. Torn Romaine, about Croutons
- Mash one clove garlic against the side of a wooden salad bowl using a fork and a healthy pinch of salt.
- Right in the bowl add in 3 anchovy filets and mash them with the garlic.
- Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and grnd pepper.
- Whisk this well all together and add in extra virgin olive oil, in a stream, whisking till all is added and emulsified.
- Stir in parmesan.
- Add in about 8 c. of torn Romaine Toss till all is coated.
- Serve with croutons.
