Anna's Lumpia
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 dash salt, to taste
- 1 dash garlic salt, to taste
- 1 dash garlic, minced, to taste
- 1 dash soy sauce, to taste
- 1 large egg, may need a second to get texure right
- 1 medium carrot, finely shredded
- 12 medium onion, finely diced
- wonton wrapper
- Mix all ingredients to taste.
- It should be the texture of meatloaf.
- Using tip above, cook a bit and then adjust for flavor.
- Place teaspoonful on the wonton wrapper and roll according to package directions.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- This mixture may also be used to fill wontons for soup.
