Cajun Fish Fillets Recipe

  1. Heat butter over med-hi heat in skillet.
  2. Stir in 1 Tblsp Cajun's Choice and garlic and stir constantly for 2 min to cook garlic.
  3. Stop the cooking of the butter and garlic by adding Vermouth or possibly white wine.
  4. Stir constantly and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add in fish fillets and cook till fish flakes apart.
  6. Squeeze lemon over fish.
  7. (This recipe works well with snapper, sole, cod perch or possibly salmon)
