Orange Almond Cake
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3 x 55g eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange rind
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- Mix Philly* and sugar for three minutes or until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.
- Stir in flour, orange juice, orange rind and almonds until well combined.
- Spoon into a lightly greased ring tin and bake at 180C for 40 minutes or until cooked.
