Baked Mac & Cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) box ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb American cheese
- 1 lb white cheddar cheese
- 12 lb monterey jack cheese
- 12 lb muenster cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
- Place Ziti in a deep casserole dish.
- Mix chicken broth and milk, pour into dish.
- Shred and mix cheeses, cover ziti.
- Cover with foil, Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350*F. Remove foil and bake another 1/2 hour.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
