Baked Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Casserole
- 3 cups ham, cubed
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 16 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1 lb colby-monterey jack cheese
- 12 cup whole milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 tablespoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- Mix all casserole ingredients together except 1/2 cheddar cheese.
- Put in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- It will seem like there's no way for it to all fit, but I promise it will.
- You may have to stir and combine with your hands.
- Top with half the cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.
