Butterscotch Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease bundt cake pan.
  3. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low for 30 seconds.
  4. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour evenly into pan.
  6. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
  8. Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
  9. Remove pan; cool completely.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
