Ginger-Lime Beef Steak

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Place beef steak and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat.
  3. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Just before grilling steak, combine salsa ingredients in medium bowl.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
  8. Grill, covered, 12 to 15 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once or twice.
  9. (Do not overcook.)
  10. Carve steak into thin slices; season with salt and pepper, as desired.
  11. Serve with salsa.
