Udon ultimate
- 1/2 lb smoke sausage I used four star Georgia mild smoked sausage
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 2 1/2 oz udon noodles
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 1/4 cup snap sugar peas frozen
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cut your bacon into small pieces put into wok or a pan add onion and celery
- Add salt and cayenne pepper stir in well slice and add sausage let cook 3 minutes covered add noodles mine was frozen so I set on top of oions and such to defrost
- Cover and cook 3 minutes after 3 minutes add snap sugar peas
- Stir them in and cover for 4 minutes then one quick stir and serve hope you enjoy
