Kotlet

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Shred onion from the top so that it doesn't fall apart in you hands.
  3. Separate the onion from the onion juice.
  4. Discard all except for 2 tablespoons of onion juice.
  5. Cool down potatoes in cold water.
  6. Peel potatoes.
  7. Mash potatoes in a large bowl.
  8. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  9. Add beaten eggs to mashed potatoes.
  10. Mix together.
  11. Add ground beef to onion and remaining onion juice.
  12. Mix.
  13. Add cinnamon and mix well.
  14. Add beef mixture to potato mixture.
  15. Mix together.
  16. Then add flour and other spices.
  17. Mix well.
  18. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a large pan.
  19. Roll mixture into balls.
  20. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and then flatten with hand.
  21. Add to pan on medium/high heat.
  22. Flip and fry on other side.
  23. Serve.
