Mocha Cappuccino Brownies
- 1/3 cup instant cappuccino
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 box brownie mix bake as directed adding above ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter
- 4 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup instant cappuccino mix
- 2 tbsp coffee extract
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strong brwed cooled coffee
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 box vanilla instant pudding
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- preheat oven to 350. parchment line a 9x13 baking dish spray generously with cooking spray.make sure you line all sides also makes it easier to take out later.
- make your brownies as directed on box adding the above ingredients.
- mixture will be thick..bake as directed let cool completely.
- for the topping mix all the cream topping together well set aside.
- now make your whipping mix on high speed till you get a thickened consistency.
- Now add your cream topping to this mixture and give a good whip till incorporated.

- spread onto cooled brownies and refridgerate at least 1-2 hours.
- pull all parchment paper n brownies out cut into squares top with powder sugar
