Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Grease 9 inch square baking pan.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the water, mayo, and vanilla; mix until well blended and almost smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes- or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Note: If you use a glass pan, you may have to bake it for up to an hour!
- I recommend a metal pan.
