7- up Chocolate Chip Banana Cake

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, soda, and egg whites.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and baking soda.
  3. Add to cake batter and mix.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spray a 13X9 pan with oil and pour batter.
  6. DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN!
  7. Place cake into oven and set to 350F and bake for 1 hour.
  8. (Optional).
  9. Toast Coconut Flakes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  10. Stir constantly to prevent burning!
  11. YOU NEED TO WATCH CAREFULLY!
  12. After cake has completely cooled, as whipped topping and sprinkle toasted coconut over the entire cake.
