STOVE TOP Pork Chop & Broccoli Stuffing Skillet

  1. Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on high heat.
  2. Cook on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. on each side or until chops are cooked through (145F), adding onions after the first 5 min.
  4. Remove chops from skillet, reserving onions in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  5. Let stand 3 min.
  6. Add broccoli and water to skillet; stir.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  9. Return chops to skillet; sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
