STOVE TOP Pork Chop & Broccoli Stuffing Skillet
- 6 boneless pork chop (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on high heat.
- Cook on medium-high heat 5 min.
- on each side or until chops are cooked through (145F), adding onions after the first 5 min.
- Remove chops from skillet, reserving onions in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
- Let stand 3 min.
- Add broccoli and water to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Return chops to skillet; sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover; cook on low heat 5 min.
