Whole Apple Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut tops off the 5 large apples and save .
  3. (Set aside) Core the apples after cutting tops off.
  4. Do not cut the skin or cut through the bottom.
  5. (Apple acts like a bowl)
  6. Take 3 medium apples and remove skin.
  7. Cut into tiny squares and place in small bowl.
  8. Mix tiny apple squares , walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla, honey or agave until mix is saturated.
  9. Add the tiny apple sqaure mix to your apple bowls and replace the tops.
  10. Add the topped apples to a baking dish and add just enough water to the bottom to cover the bottom of the apples.
  11. Bake covered for 25 - 30 minutes.
  12. Remove foil and bake additionally for 25 - 30 minutes.
  13. Remove tops and enjoy !
  14. Add cool whip or vanilla bean ice cream to top it off!
  15. (Don't add if you are Paleo)
