Chicken Maifun Salad Recipe

• 2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
• 1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
• 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
• 4 green onions, shredded
• 2 tbsp. toasted peanuts, minced
• Rice sticks (Py Mei fun; maifun)

1. RICE STICKS: Take a small hand full and deep fry turning over once till light golden.
2. These will puff up.
