Chinese Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Thin slice beef and put in bowl.
  2. Add in soy sauce.
  3. Let stand 10 min.
  4. Cut pepper in 1 inch squares.
  5. Heat Tbsp.
  6. veg.
  7. oil on high heat; stir fry pepper.
  8. Add in salt and sherry, cook 1 minute.
  9. Put on plate, keep hot.
  10. Add in remaining oil, garlic and onion; brown.
  11. Add in beef, fry 1-3 min till brown.
  12. Add in bouillon and bring to boil.
  13. Add in vegetables and boil.
  14. Thicken with cornstarch.
  15. Serves 4.
