Asian Pear Martini

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces sake
• 1 1/2 ounces pear brandy
• 1 1/2 ounces pear nectar or juice
• 1 slice of Asian pear

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the sake, brandy and pear nectar and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.
