Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Beat butter at medium speed until creamy; add sugars and pudding mix, beat well after each.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, and soda; gradually add to butter mixture; beat well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans; drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
  7. Cool and store in airtight containers.
  8. May be frozen for 6 to 8 months.
