Healthier Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Spray 12 muffin tins with cooking spray.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon.
  4. Add bananas, yogurt, egg substitute, vanilla, and pecans.
  5. Stir until blended.
  6. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins, bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of muffin comes out clean.
  7. Cool.
