Easy Marinated Mushrooms

  1. Preparation: 1) Shred the mushrooms into small clumps.
  2. 2) Boil water in a pan.
  3. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water (about 2 minutes), drain in a sieve and cool.
  4. Mix the * ingredients well and season the mushrooms.
  5. After they have cooled completely, store in the refrigerator.
  6. I uploaded this recipe because I used it for Okara Savory Pound Cake Mushrooms & Tuna.
