Easy Marinated Mushrooms
- 1 pack King Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 1 pack Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pac Bunapi mushrooms
- 30 grams *Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp *Salt
- 1 tsp *Garlic powder
- 1 few sprinkles *Dried Basil
- 1 dash *Pepper
- Preparation: 1) Shred the mushrooms into small clumps.
- 2) Boil water in a pan.
- Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water (about 2 minutes), drain in a sieve and cool.
- Mix the * ingredients well and season the mushrooms.
- After they have cooled completely, store in the refrigerator.
