Cheesy Green Chili Rice

  1. In a large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender.
  2. Remove from the heat.
  3. Stir in the rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon half of the mixture into a greased 11-in.
  5. x 7-in.
  6. baking dish.
  7. Layer with half of the chilies and cheese.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
