Grilled Filet Mignon
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 16 ounces, weight Filet Mignon
- In a bowl add olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Mix until combined.
- Pour marinade over steak and put in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour up to 8 hours.
- Place on a grill on medium heat, and cook for 7 minutes per side or until meat is fully cooked.
