Spicy Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Slaw

  1. Combine coleslaw blend, celery and 3/4 cup (175 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
  2. 30 mL dressing for trial recipe).
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use, or up to 1 day ahead of time.
  4. For each serving: Grill 1 chicken patty on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.
  5. or until nicely browned.
  6. Turn patty over; brush with 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) Buffalo wing sauce.
  8. Cook 6 to 8 min.
  9. or until done (165 degrees F/74 degrees C).
  10. Grill bun 1 min.
  11. or just until toasted, turning frequently,
  12. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  13. (15 mL) dressing onto top half of bun.
  14. Fill bun with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 1 burger and 1/4 cup (50 mL) slaw mixture.
