Extra Healthy Cauliflower Mash

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes, until soft enough to easily pierce with a fork.
  3. Remove from heat & transfer to a food processor or blender.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Add milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour into 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
  7. Bake for 10 min., until top is slightly browned.
