Sugar Cookie Crust Cheese Cake

• 1 lb Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
• 4 8 once cream cheese softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 4 eggs

1. Press sugar cookie dough into a 9 inch spring form pan.
2. Preheat oven temp to 325 and cream sugar and cream cheese together, add vanilla and eggs one at a time while mixing until smooth
3. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie then bake for 70 to 90 minute or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cheese cake.
4. Let cool completely before taking it out of the spring form pan.
5. Store in the refrigerator.
