Tricia's thin and crispy pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat pan to Medium heat
  3. Melt a pat of butter in the pan and scoop batter into pan 1/4 cup per pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on top and pancakes are golden brown on the bottom
  5. Flip and cook until golden brown on second side
  6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until batter is gone.
  7. (Be sure not to let the pan over heat! )
