Tagliatelle With Hazelnut Pesto

  1. Place the garlic, basil, hazelnuts and cheese in a food processor and process to a thick paste.
  2. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Spoon the sauce into the hot pasta, tossing until melted.
  5. Serve hot.
