Easy Ravioli Leftovers Recipe

  1. In a food processor, chop the leftover meatloaf into a coarse meal.
  2. Stir in the Ricotta cheese.
  3. (Correct seasoning if necessary).
  4. Preparation: Lay 1 Wonton skin on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Mound 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the filling in the center of the skin.
  7. Brush the edges of the skin with water and lay a second skin over the top.
  8. Press to remove excess air.
  9. Trim the wonton with a cookie or possibly biscuit cutter.
  10. Transfer to a paper towel and turn occasionally to let dry slightly.
  11. In one saucepan, heat the spaghetti sauce till hot.
  12. Bring another large saucepan of salted water to a gentle, rolling boil.
  13. (A rapid boil will cause the ravioli to separate).
  14. Drop the ravioli into the water and cook about 2 min or possibly till the ravioli floats to the top.
  15. Drain in a colander and serve topped with the spaghetti sauce.
