Light Strawberry Charlotte

  1. Reserve 1 strawberry for garnish.
  2. Place remaining strawberries in blender container with cold water; cover.
  3. Blend until pureed.
  4. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water in medium bowl; stir in pureed strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Add yogourt.
  7. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy.
  8. Line bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with wafers.
  9. Add strawberry mixture.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  11. Top with whipped topping and a strawberry.
