South of the Border Burgers
- 1 34 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 dash salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- prepared guacamole (for topping)
- 4 slices monterey jack cheese
- Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 (1/2 inch) patties.
- Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet.
- Toast buns, add hamburger and cheese, melt cheese.
- Add guacamole and serve.
