Kerasi

• 2 ounces peach vodka
• 1 ounce cherry puree (or blend fresh pitted cherries)
• 12 ounce peach liqueur
• 12 ounce cherry brandy
• 12 ounce lemon juice
• sparkling wine, like Cava

1. Shake all ingredients but Cava over ice.
2. Strain into a flute.
3. Top off with Cava.
4. Garnish with a cherry.
