Warm Sweet Potato Salad
- 1 each sweet potatoes, or yams
- 1 small red onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 40 grams watercress
- 15 grams almonds roasted and cut
- 50 grams goat (chevre) cheese
- 1 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 each garlic paste
- Set oven at 190c.
- Cook potato.
- Put onion and seeds in saucepan for 10 second sizzle, then pour on potatoes.
- Season.
- Put in over for 45/50 mins.
- Make dressing by mixing ingredients above and adding salt and pepper.
- Mix food from oven and dressing together, then crumble goats cheese on top.
