Cheesecake with Berries and Whipped Topping
- 1-1/4 cup graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkg. Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup each blueberries and raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
- or until centre is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Spread with Cool Whip and berries.
- Dust with icing sugar just before serving.
