Chilly Chili Seasoning

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Store in an air tight container and use as needed.
  3. Start with 2 tbs seasoning per pound of meat.
  4. Adjusting to taste (I like about 3 when I make my Chilly Chili with one pound of meat).
  5. This makes enough seasoning for a few pots of chili, so don't use it all at once... unless you're making a huge pot I suppose.
