Strawberries With Rose Cream

• 1 pint strawberry, hulled
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
• 1 teaspoon rose syrup
• crystallized rose petal

1. Fold the rose syrup through the whipped cream to give a marbled effect.
2. Place the strawberries in a bowl and top with the rose cream.
3. Garnish with rose petals.
