Oriental Salad
- 1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
- 4 green onions (scallions), cut into small pieces
- 5 Tbsp. sesame seed, browned without oil
- 1 small pkg. sliced almonds, browned without oil
- 1 pkg. Maruchan Ramen soup mix or chicken flavored
- 1 pkg. Campbell's 80% fat-free noodles (Ramen type)
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. oil (canola preferred)
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- In a bowl,
- place
- chopped
- cabbage, chopped scallions, browned sesame seed and
- browned
- almonds.treak noodles from soup package and add these.
- Take season package from soup and add oil, sugar and
- vinegar.
- Mix
- separately
- and
- pour
- over salad and toss.
- You can add
- as many seeds and almonds as you would like.
- Sunflower seeds are good in it too.
