Easy loaded potato casarole
- 1 diced/cubed potatos (near french fries in freezer section)
- 1 1/2 bags of shredded cheddar
- 1 bunch green scallions
- 1 lb Bacon
- Pre heat oven to 400.
- In your casarole dish pour the bag of cubed potatoes in and lightly drizzle them with olive oil.
- Dash with salt and pepper
- Every 15 min stir the potatos Cook for 50 to 60 min depending on potatos chucks size.
- Cook your bacon to be crispy when the potatos cook.
- Then when they are cooked add the cheddar cheese to top and stir 1/2 bag into the potatos and use the full bag for top.
- Crinkle the bacon and sprinkle it on top and then sprinkle the green scallions over top.
- Cook and additional 10 min or until cheese is melted and enjoy :)
