Pickled Sweet Peppers Recipe
- 2 pound peppers (use red and green together for a dramatic presentation)
- 1 sm. dry chili pepper pod for each jar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/4 c. vinegar
- 6-7 tbsp. salt
- Slice, core and seed peppers.
- Pack into jars.
- Add in pepper pods and garlic (optional).
- Dissolve salt in water.
- Add in vinegar and fill jars.
- Ready in about 7-10 days.
